The current stable version is 1.4 and provided as it is under the BSD license.

The Source Code can be accessed through Subversion and is BSD licensed. All included images are not distributed under the BSD license and can only be used in their proved form as part of Webistrano installations.

Development version:

git clone git://github.com/peritor/webistrano.git

Note: Webistrano recently moved to http://github.com/peritor/webistrano. The SVN copy will be maintained for a while but upgrading is recommended.
