Webistrano was created by Jonathan Weiss for internal use at different Ruby on Rails projects. Webistrano is a Ruby on Rails application that leverages Capistrano to manage and execute deployments. The user interface of Webistrano 1.1+ was designed by Marcus Lamer.

Jonathan Weiss is co-founder and lead-developer of Peritor. Beside this he is engaged in the development of other Ruby on Rails projects like MeinProf.de, the first Ruby based students community in Germany. You can reach his blog right here: blog.innerewut.de
